WARRANTY INFORMATION

Given the delicate nature of the handmade process, we offer a 60 day warranty on all Trelily Jewellery.

The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and covers manufacturing faults and defects in materials.

This warranty doesn't cover loss, accidental breakage, neglect or general wear and tear. General wear and tear includes tarnishing and fading of plated jewellery and therefore is not covered by warranty.

At our discretion we will replace or repair your damaged product.

FAULTY ITEMS AND REPAIRS

All jewellery is quality checked by a member of our dispatch team. However, from time to time, there may be a rare fault. If you have received a faulty product, we will gladly offer a replacement if the product was purchased within 60 days.

Please contact us directly regarding any warranty claim at info@trelilyjewllery.com.au

and include:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase details
  • The full name and email which the order was placed in
  • Photographic evidence of the fault along with a brief description of the issue

Please note that wear and tear during the course of normal use is not considered a fault. Trelily Jewellery is delicate and should be handled carefully as explained in our product care card that is enclosed with your order. 

TrelilyJewellery offers free returns for repairs and normal postage fees will be charged.
